So, pretty much, there's this artist who's being sued by a manufacturer to overturn his copyrights so that they can continue mass-making knock-offs of his sculptures.

Not cool to the max.

The artist, John Tunger, believes that he can win the case, but is worried that he might run out of funds and could therefore be put out of business. Oh, and, you know, feel the burn of some douchebag stealing his art and legally getting away with it.
